I started Foot-o-logy, (mobile foot care designed to help those that are not mobile) in 2017. Over the past 8/9 years, Foot-o-logy has grown into something much more than I imagined. What began as a commitment to make sure homebound seniors receive better foot care, has evolved into:
- A mission to provide compassionate, specialized mobile services for those unable to seek traditional treatment.
- A trusted resource for patients, seniors, or anyone within the medical community and a valued partner within our medical community.
Podiatry is a highly specialized field focused on medical care/services for feet. When people (your loved ones), enter hospice care, they lose access to traditional podiatry care services. When people remain in hospitals for long durations due to open wounds, cancer etc., they lose access to podiatry services. I am honored and proud to have been able to fill these gaps.
I will continue to provide specialized care for patients and seniors who would otherwise go without. This work has made a meaningful difference for many people, families, healthcare providers, or hospitalized patients that are not covered by insurance.
